Tim Scott Photo

Tim Scott is currently a Professor of Management in the College of Business at Minnesota State University, Mankato, Minnesota. Tim is the co-author of a number of other simulations including Threshold Competitor, Threshold Entrepreneur, and Merlin. His current research and publications are in the area of business ethics and using simulation games in teaching and training. He has experience as a trainer and facilitator in corporate management training and development programs. He currently teaches the undergraduate capstone course, and MBA Strategic Management. Tim received his Bachelor of Science in Business, Master of Business Administration, and Ph.D. in Management from the University of Minnesota.

John Kaliski Photo

John Kaliski is currently a Professor of Management in the College of Business at Minnesota State University, Mankato, Minnesota teaching Management Information Systems courses.

John co-founded Anlon Systems,Inc. in late 1996 and served as Chief Technology Officer in the company. John oversaw the technical direction and development of the Anlon's products. His responsibilities included the product architecture meeting functional requirements as defined in the product strategy and plan. It was John's responsibility to ensure that the Anlon products had world class security, scalability, integration openness to enterprise backbone systems, and ability to migrate to new release in a predictable, repeatable process.

John is recognized as a pioneer in instructional information systems and has published and presented his research at such prestigious venues as EDUCASE, AACSB, Academy of Management, SIAM, Management Science, Mathematical Programming, and INFORMS.

John received his Bachelor of Science from Bradley University, his MS from the University of Utah, Ph.D. in Management Information Systems and Mathematics from the University of Iowa and Post Doctoral work at the University of Delft in the Netherlands.

Phil Anderson Photo

Phil Anderson is a Professor and Chair of Management at the University of St. Thomas, teaching strategic planning in both the undergraduate and MBA programs. Phil has also taught for four years, including one year on a Fulbright Scholars Fellowship, at University College in Cork (UCC), Ireland. He has published over 40 articles in the areas of educational pedagogy and learning, small business growth, quality systems (with special focus on the ISO 9000 International Quality Standard), and determinants of ethical behavior.

Phil is the co-author of a number of other simulations including Threshold Competitor, Threshold Entrepreneur, and Merlin. Before joining the University of St. Thomas, Dr. Anderson was a manager with the Univac Corporation, and taught at the University of Minnesota and at Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. Phil received his Bachelor of Science in Business, Master of Business Administration, and Ph.D. in Management from the University of Minnesota. He has also been active in several professional associations, including the Association for Business Simulation and Experiential Learning, where he has served on the board of directors.
